Our luxury afternoon tea package is perfect for birthday and hen parties, baby showers and special occasions. It includes:

  • A selection of finger sandwiches and rolls

  • Our finest homemade cakes and bakes

  • Homemade mini scone with fresh clotted cream and jam

  • Unlimited tea and coffee

  • Corkage, so you can bring your own fizz (we are BYOB)

  • Dedicated server from our tearoom team

  • Option to bring your own decor

 

You will have exclusive use of the function room which we will set up with our finest china, fresh flowers and fairy lights for a proper vintage tea party!

 

The party package cost £32 per person (minimum of 15 people).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

  • Cost of the function is £480 for the luxury afternoon tea and room hire for 15 people, each additional guest is charged at £32 per person.

  • The minimum number of people for a function is 15.  During the day we can cater for a maximum of 20 and in the evening a maximum of 40.

  • If you would like your function in the evening there is an additional £200 venue hire.

  • If your numbers drop below 15 you will be required to pay the difference to bring the total up to £480. 

  • If your would like a party package for less than 15 guests, we may be able to cater for you in our main tearoom - please contact us to enquire. This is not possible for an evening function.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your date and booking.

  • We can cater for various dietary requirements including Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegetarian, Vegan and specific allergies.  We need advance notice of these requirements.  Without advance notice, we may not be able to provide afternoon tea that caters to those dietary requirements.

  • We allow decorations to be put up on certain walls in the tearoom, these are to be removed by you before leaving.  We do not allow table confetti, glitter, or any sort of party popper or confetti cannon to be used.

  • We do not provide table cloths, if you would like to provide tablecloths prior to the day of your party we will set up ypur tables using them and any other decorativee items you would like.

  • You are responsible for any damage to the Tearoom caused by your party. We understand that breakages happen, and these will not incur a further charge unless excessive.  Charges will be incurred for breakages over 5 items.

  • The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the function.

  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
